To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and unused, with all original packaging and accessories intact. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (and confirm it meets the return criteria), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in USD (United States Dollars) to the original payment method used for the purchase, and the refund process will take 5-10 business days to complete. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, but since we offer global free shipping, no additional shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement product, at your discretion. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs for defective products.
